Programmes are delivered via live group and 1 to 1 sessions, unlimited access to online videos and online support groups. Welcome to ‘Everywoman’ – NOT YOUR AVERAGE PELVIC FLOOR AND CORE CLASS! Our FOUNDATION, GROUND-BREAKING 6 or 12 Week Pelvic Floor and Core Health programme that truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that we feel EVERY WOMAN should experience it at least once in her lifetime!
The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to bring you ‘back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.
This Programme is for you if you answer ‘YES’ to most of these questions:
- Are you a woman who wants to have a stronger and better functioning Pelvic Floor that does its job when you jump, sneeze, cough, laugh or run?

12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and even better its Pelvic floor friendly !
This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will work with Jayne Hume your Coach virtually to complete your weekly workout which is streaming live as a group class , Athlete 12 recorded home workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed.
The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your starting point. Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER. You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress. And 100% you will have progressed. HOLISTIC CORE RESTORE C Section Recovery – SMALL GROUP TRAINING plus 1 to 1 weekly check in
In the UK nearly 1/4 of births are via C section yet there is no real guidance on how to heal successfully from such a major procedure and reconnect to the core and work on the scar area. This 4 week programme is all about healing INSIDE OUT and smart , modern movement programming to get your core ‘fit’ and functioning again! Plus lots of advice on scar massage and nutrition to aid recovery whether recently or had a baby some time ago.
Delivered via a live small group class on Thursdays at 11am and a weekly 1 to 1 individual check in with your coach to review progress and offer tailored exercises and individual Scale massage techniques.

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or feel disconnected to your Core and/or Pelvic Floor then our Diastasis Healing is the programme is for you.
