The prenatal workout
PREGNANCY EXERCISE suitable FROM 12 WEEKS pregnant
The Prenatal Workout is a specially designed weekly pregnancy exercise class created by Jayne Hume, the award-winning Founder of The Women’s Wellness Coach, and has supported hundreds of women, many of whom have returned for their second and third pregnancies.
This unique programme incorporates specially designed, pregnancy safe cardio, strength, conditioning, core and pelvic floor work, as well as stretching, releasing and relaxation to ensure you exercise safely throughout the pregnancy.
The Prenatal Workout goes far beyond being an exercise class, it has proven to be invaluable for many women to build a support network of friends, and equip them with the knowledge they need to prepare them for motherhood, with the weekly discussion topics that follow after the exercise section of the class.

Our 1-to-1 Pregnancy Personal Training plans are tailored to your individual requirements, so whether you wish to maintain a higher level of fitness or equally, if you have a higher risk condition that needs specialist support and means a regular class would not be suitable, there are options available to suit your needs.

The Prenatal Breathe & Release Workshop

The Prenatal Breathe & Release is a monthly workshop that focuses on relaxation, breathing and gentle stretching in a quiet and calm environment allowing you time to switch off and focus on your wellbeing.
As well as having time off from your busy life, your coach will be offering lots of practical tips for relaxation techniques and breathing for labour.
